Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Aadhar Architects collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Data we collect
When you request an estimate, consultation or WhatsApp response, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, city, state, project type, budget, timeline and message. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the profile details shown during sign-in. With analytics consent, we record a random visitor and session ID, pages viewed, sections opened, button interactions, referral page and campaign parameters. We do not intentionally collect sensitive financial or identity-document data through public enquiry forms.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare an estimate, assign the appropriate team, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, communicate about the requested project and maintain a sales record. Optional browsing data helps us understand likely design interests; it is an inference and is shown to administrators separately from information you directly supplied.
Consent and choice
Essential cookies support security and cannot be switched off. Google sign-in and journey analytics remain off until you enable their respective categories. You may change optional choices at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawing optional consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed or information required to respond to an enquiry you submitted.
Sharing and storage
Data may be processed by our authorised staff and service providers supporting hosting, PostgreSQL storage, email delivery, security and—only when enabled—Google sign-in. We do not sell personal data. Access is role-restricted and administrative actions are protected by authentication controls. Cloud deployment may cause processing outside your state or country, subject to applicable Indian law and provider safeguards.
Retention
Unqualified enquiries are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after 24 months; active project, contractual, accounting or dispute records may be retained longer where reasonably required. Optional journey events are reviewed after 13 months. Security logs and consent records may be retained as needed to demonstrate compliance and protect the service.
Your rights
You may ask for a summary of your data, correction, updating, erasure where applicable, withdrawal of consent, or grievance handling. Email us from the address connected with your enquiry. We may verify your identity before acting. You may nominate another person where applicable and may complain to the Data Protection Board of India when the relevant provisions are in force.
Children
This service is intended for adults arranging architecture, construction or interior services. We do not knowingly profile children or seek children’s personal data.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
